The whole team did absolutely amazing. Josh, Bradley, and Matt were absolutely the most polite tradesmen that I have ever worked with. They were attentive and listened to my needs and followed through perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure that the dust was contained inside of the bathroom as well as making sure the bathroom was cleaned the way they arrived. Very polite gentlemen and I will highly recommend them for all of my future plumbing needs.

From the call into the office, until the moment the tech (Nathan) left, I experienced nothing but “outstanding” service. They listened to my concerns, got a tech out to my house very quickly, the technician ascertained the situation, took action, and fix the issue. We had a leaking pipe late at night and Bradley A. came out quickly to take care of it. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly considerate of my family while working in our home. Even though it was late, he took the time to explain what was causing the issue, walked me through the repair, and made sure everything was fixed correctly before leaving. It’s clear that Bradley takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. His professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for our home made a stressful situation much easier. This was a great experience. I called Tru Plumbing because I already knew I wanted a whole home filtration system - but I didn't want to deal wit a sales pitch! A technician came over and told me what products they recommend, gave me a price and left! Perfect. They scheduled the install around my calendar, and Jose L did a great job of communicating when they would arrive, what the project entailed, and how long they would be there. He and his crew member did a very tidy install and they completely cleaned up - leaving everything as they found it! GREAT EXPERIENCE. Highly recommend Tru Plumbing.

TJ is an excellent representation of TRU PLUMBING's professional employees. He is not only personable, but did the job quickly cleaned up the entire area, and did it all with a smile! 😊.
